To register for our event this year, follow these steps:
- Click the link above (Apply Here) to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub.
- Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an EventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
- At checkout, you will be able to purchase add-ons, complete your profile application and lastly select your preferred payment method (check or credit card).
- Submit your order!
Other perks located in your Hub: you will have access to download/print your invoice or receipt, access documents, send me messages, see your booth assignment and other logistics leading up to the event.
Be sure to bookmark eventhub.net and save your log-in (username and password) to your browser to easily be able to revisit your orders and complete next steps! Once your order is approved, you can send us paperwork, access your invoice, send us messages, and view your logistics info/booth assignment all from your Order Summary.
All communication will be done on the EventHub platform.

The Customer Success Team at EventHub is available to you to answer your account or feature related questions and help you get started on their platform. - Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance to participate in the Central States Fair. All locations will be determined by Fair Management. This application only expresses interest in becoming a vendor/exhibitor. It is not a contract and does not guarantee booth space or location.
- Applications will be reviewed, and approved spaces will be assigned by Fair Management.
- Space assignments begin May 12, 2025 based on applications submitted by that time.
- Applications Due: May 9, 2025. Applications will be accepted after this date until full and to be placed on the waiting list.
- ALL Exhibitors must apply annually and previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
- All locations will be determined by Fair Management despite previous year’s location if a returning vendor. Locations may change annually based on layout, entertainment, and traffic flow.
- Exhibitors accepted for the Fair will receive a contract and an invoice (do not pay with application).
- Contracts and payment must be received by the Fair no later than June 30, 2025. Exhibitors accepted after this deadline will have 14 days to return contract, payment, and insurance proof.
- Exhibitors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance, naming “CENTRAL STATES FAIR, INC.” as and “ADDITIONAL INSURED” (not just a certificate holder). Proof is required with contract and payment as set forth in the above deadlines.
- Optional coverage is possibly available through the Fair for $160 (subject to change).
- In the event Exhibitor fails to submit the contract, payment or required insurance as stated, Fair Management can cancel the space and re-assign it without notice.
- Cancellation of booth space must be made in writing. Cancellations after July 10 receive no refunds.
