- 20 Set-up day 8am-6pm (unless other arrangements have been made)
- 21 Booth space not occupied by 10am may be reassigned
- 21 FAIR OPENS AT 12PM!

APPLICATIONS FOR 2026 NOW OPEN

ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH EVENT HUB (see below). If you need help, come into our office and we are happy to help you with the process. We have partnered with EventHub again this year to streamline our event management process. Moving forward we will be using eventhub.net for our registration and communication platform. This will make signing up for our events easier and keeps all your information stored in one place! Don't worry - creating an account on EventHub is completely free.

To register for our event follow these steps:

  1. Click the link above (Apply Here) to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub.
  2. Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  3. You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an EventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
  4. At checkout, you will be able to purchase add-ons, complete your profile application and lastly select your preferred payment method (check or credit card).
  5. Submit your order!

Other perks located in your Hub:
you will have access to download/print your invoice or receipt, access documents, send me messages, see your booth assignment and other logistics leading up to the event.

Be sure to bookmark eventhub.net and save your log-in (username and password) to your browser to easily be able to revisit your orders and complete next steps! Once your order is approved, you can send us paperwork, access your invoice, send us messages, and view your logistics info/booth assignment all from your Order Summary.
All communication will be done on the EventHub platform. If you get stuck or have questions, don't panic! The Customer Success Team at EventHub is available to you to answer your account or feature related questions and help you get started on their platform. If you need help, don't hesitate to reach out to them at help@eventhub.net. Please direct all of your event related questions to the event organizer.
  • Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance to participate in the Central States Fair. All locations will be determined by Fair Management. This application only expresses interest in becoming a vendor/exhibitor. It is not a contract and does not guarantee booth space or location.
  • Applications will be reviewed, and approved spaces will be assigned by Fair Management.
  • Space assignments begin May 15, 2026 based on applications submitted by that time.
  • ALL Exhibitors must apply annually and previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Locations may change annually based on layout, entertainment, and traffic flow.
  • Exhibitors accepted for the Fair will receive a contract and an invoice through Event Hub (do not pay with application).
  • Contracts and payment must be received by the Fair no later than June 4, 2026.
  • Exhibitors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance, naming “CENTRAL STATES FAIR, INC.” as and “ADDITIONAL INSURED” (not just a certificate holder). Proof is required with contract and payment as set forth in the above deadlines. Optional coverage is possibly available through the Fair for $190 (subject to change). In the event Exhibitor fails to submit the contract, payment or required insurance as stated, Fair Management can cancel the space and re-assign it without notice. Cancellation of booth space must be made in writing.
  • Cancellations after July 15 receive no refunds.
