Friday, Saturday & Sunday: noon to midnight
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3pm to midnight
NO ENTRY OR RE-ENTRY AFTER 10PM

How do I pick up my passes?
June 1 – August 20
Pick up at the Central States Fair Office
📍 800 San Francisco St., Rapid City
🕗 Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
Please Note:
• A valid photo ID is required
• Passes must be picked up by the original purchaser
• Need someone else to pick them up? Contact us before arrival to make arrangements
After August 20
All Will Call tickets & passes move to:

I can't find my tickets?
If you have a single event ticket, you can pull it find it at on our ticket page at this link:

Are tickets from third party-sellers valid?
Tickets purchased outside official Central States Fair sales channels (official website, Fair office, Runnings of Rapid City) may be invalid, fraudulent, or not accepted for entry.

4PM – VIP Tailgate Party
5PM – VIP Seating Access
5:30PM – Premier Seating Access
6PM – General Admission Gates Open
7PM – Event Begins

Where can I park?
Parking is available throughout the fairgrounds. Free, paid, and permit only. See map for details.
Can I leave and come back?
Please check with gate attendant and make sure you have the correct credentials for re-entry. THERE IS NO ENTRY OR RE-ENTRY AFTER 10PM NIGHTLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
